When you complete the investor questionnaire, we collect:

• Your name, email address and mobile phone number.
• Your self-reported answers: whether you consider yourself an accredited investor, whether you understand the fund term and liquidity, your primary objective, and an indicative investment range.
• A one-time SMS verification code (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form) and whether your phone number was verified.
• Your consent to be contacted, and the time it was given.

We also record non-identifying usage data on every visit: a randomly generated visitor and session identifier stored in your browser, the page viewed, the referring page, your browser user-agent string, and marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid).

As you move through the questionnaire we record which step you reached, together with your non-identifying answers and campaign attribution. We do not store your name, email address or phone number from a partially completed questionnaire. Those are stored only when you tick the consent box and submit.

• To have investor relations contact you about this offering.
• To send and check a one-time SMS code confirming your phone number.
• To understand which campaigns bring investors to this site. Campaign reporting uses identifiers only — your name, email and phone number are never sent to an advertising platform from this site.
• To detect and block automated or abusive submissions.

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores this data on our behalf.
• Our customer relationship management and SMS provider, which delivers the verification message and holds your contact record for investor relations follow-up.
• Our professional advisers and, where we are legally required to do so, regulators or law enforcement.

We do not sell your personal information.
